The begining of the year often comes with so many hopes for change. With no specific rules or directives, I felt things change in my life over the last month.

In a few words my month was:
calm
centered
reflective
relaxed
careful
kind

I enjoyed:
-making tea
-spending quiet time at home
-enjoying whole foods
-reading books
-practicing yoga and pilates
-seeing friends
-taking care of my skin
-drinking more water and less soda
-remaining calm under stress
-snowshoeing
-cuddling

This all worked in nicely with my normal hibernation this time of year. I have some things in mind to focus on for February, I'll let you know how it goes.
