I found my dream eyeliner this week. It goes on smooth as silk, but also stays in place all day. It is perfect for a smudged eye, or a perfect line. I'm so glad we finally found eachother.

Okay, if you swear by it, I'll give it a try too. But what do I do after I buy the liner? Smoky Eyes? Every time I try to create that look, my eye makeup ends up looking gawdy and smudgy like I've been crying all night long OR I've been caught in a rainstorm. So - what do I do after I buy the eyeliner?
