In my imagination, I am planning for my big day at the Kentucky Derby this weekend.
This is the hat that I am going to wear, with a black sheath dress in lightweight wool. I was thinking slingbacks with a 3.5" heel, big dark sunglasses and a simple black clutch. I can't wait to see what others will be wearing!
I wish I was actually going.

What the heck, just wear it to church on Sunday. I soo wish hats were more commonly accepted. I'm thinking of My Fair Lady now...
HI Bree - hope you make it to the Derby sometime. Kentucky is a beautiful state and the farms in that area are somehting to see.
