I'm not sure why, but I feel compelled to throw a party where I can hang foofy looking things from the ceiling...what does this mean? Help!

My bridesmaids used these in red, white, and red/white gingham to decorate our car after our wedding reception! It was so cute!
Oh I love, love, love these. My sister and I are planning a summer party and these are in the running for decor.
